Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) which stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen over 3–6 months. It restores facial architecture from within rather than simply "filling", ideal for age-related volume loss and skin laxity.
Our aesthetic team uses Sculptra to treat:
Facial mapping and collagen assessment to plan injection sites and dosage.
Vial preparation using sterile water and lidocaine for comfortable delivery.
Cannula or needle placement at the subcutaneous plane for even volume restoration.
The "5-5-5" rule, massage 5 minutes, 5 times a day, 5 days, to optimise spread.
Typically 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for full effect.
Follow the 5-5-5 massage protocol diligently
Avoid sun and heat exposure for 72 hours
Skip anti-inflammatory medications for 5 days before if possible
